You may want to remove a user account, for example, if you've created a user in error. Admin users can do this in the User Management section of the console.
This article is for Admin users both Broker Admins and Underwriter Admins or those users in the User Management group. Non-admin users are unable to access User Management. The images display Broker ones but the process is the same for Underwriters except for Groups
To access User Management, press the Settings>Users option in top menu:
To delete a user, click on the Delete button for the user in Users list.


The user account will be removed from the system and the user will no longer be able to log in.
The account cannot be reinstated.
Disable Account Option: If you do not want to delete an account but want to prevent a user from logging in, you can use the
Disable feature in the Edit User page. This will keep the account in the system but the user will be unable to use their account
