When a new user account is created by an admin user In the Lime Street Marketplace Console a Welcome Email is sent to the user's email account.
The Welcome Email contains instructions for the new user to follow to finalize their account and create a password. The email must be acted upon before the user can use their account.
New User - Can't Find Welcome Email
If you are a new user and didn't receive the Lime Street Marketplace Welcome email or have lost it, then you can request another one to be sent. Contact your console administrator who can send the Welcome Email.
For Admin Users - A User Can't Find Welcome Email: if you are an admin and a user has reported they are unable to locate their Welcome Email or the password link in the email does not work,
