When a broker creates an endorsement in Lime Street Marketplace, the underwriter can easily perform a series of simple steps to approve it using the Low Touch feature:
- Action the New Endorsement Created email
- Perform security check
- View Endorsement
- Download the Endorsement PDF and stamp it
- Upload the stamped Endorsement
- Approve the endorsement
This provides the underwriter with a method to approve endorsements through email alerts and an easy to use online form.
Step 1: New Endorsement Created Email
When a broker adds an endorsement, you will receive a New Endorsement Created email with summary details of the endorsement.
In your email application, look for the New Endorsement Created email.

Press the View Endorsement button:
Once pressed a Verification Check may be displayed.
Step 2: View Endorsement
The View Endorsement page opens in your browser.
In this page you can:
- Check the endorsement details
- Download the endorsement PDF, ready to be stamped
- Upload the signed endorsement PDF, once you have added your stamp
- Bind the endorsement

Step 3: Download Endorsement PDF
Download the Endorsement PDF by pressing the Download button.
Proceed to add your stamp to the downloaded PDF.
Step 4: Upload Stamped PDF
Once ready to upload the signed document, press the Upload button to add the stamped PDF into the system:

Select the file in the file explorer window and press Open (or similar button) to proceed.
Step 5: Approve the Endorsement
Back in the View Endorsement page the Approve button is now enabled.
Press the Approve button:

A confirm dialog is presented.

Press the Approve button in the dialog to complete the bind process.

Once successful, the endorsement is approved and the file is uploaded as the stamped Endorsement.
