En determinadas circunstancias, el corredor puede iniciar una solicitud de Aceptación Especial para una cotización Rechazada, lo que permite al suscriptor evaluar la cotización.
Veamos cómo solicitar una aceptación especial.
En la página Cotización, vaya a la sección Resultados de Cotización y busque el resultado Rechazada. Si se le permite continuar con la solicitud, aparecerá un botón de Aceptación Especial.
Note:
- You must have generated a live quote.
- Not all declined quotes can be referred to the underwriter, the eligibility rules of the quote determine this.
Press the Special Acceptance button, enter a message to the underwriter and confirm:
The quote updates to Referred status and the underwriter is emailed the details of the quote.
Once in Referred status, the broker can communicate with the underwriter using the Conversation feature.
Please note: the Special Acceptance and Referral rules are configured at the discretion of the market and underwriter.
